The Conscious DJ School (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to providing high-quality digital training and educational content. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

Because of the time, effort, and resources that go into creating and delivering our digital products, all sales are final. By purchasing any Program or Product, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

By purchasing our products, you agree to take full responsibility for your decision and understand that all sales are final.

2. Digital Content & Waiver of Cancellation Rights

By purchasing and accessing our digital products, you expressly agree to receive immediate access to digital content.

In doing so, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once access to the digital content has begun

  • You lose your statutory 14-day “cooling-off” period once the product has been accessed

This applies whether access is granted instantly upon purchase or shortly thereafter.

3. Payment Plans & Third-Party Providers

Where payment plans are offered through third-party providers such as Klarna:

  • You are responsible for complying with your agreement with the payment provider

  • Any payment disputes, instalment issues, or repayment obligations must be handled directly with the provider

  • Our no-refund policy still applies regardless of your chosen payment method

  • The Conscious DJ School is not responsible for the administration of third-party financing agreements.

4. Programme Access

Upon purchase, you are granted access to digital content and training materials.

Failure to engage with, complete, or utilise the programme does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable law.

We reserve the sole discretion to determine eligibility for any exception.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing our products, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to seek resolution.

Where a chargeback is initiated in violation of this policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Provide evidence of your agreement to these terms

  • Suspend or revoke access to the programme

  • Pursue recovery of funds where appropriate
